My boyfriend and I are gearing up to move into a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment in the Silver Lake/Echo Park/Los Feliz area. We’ve spent the past couple of months looking at apartments to get a feel for what’s out there, and every time we found one that we liked, we’ve noticed that it’s one of yours! We love that your apartments have a ton of natural light, hardwood floors, renovated kitchens, and often a balcony and laundry in unit.
Is there any way you could let me know if you have any properties that will be available to rent on either July or August 1st? Either a brand new property or an opening in a current one? Those are our ideal move-in dates, but we like your apartments so much, that we would be willing to plan our move around one of your openings. Silver Lake would be our preference, but we’re definitely open to Echo Park and Los Feliz, as well. We both have full time jobs and excellent credit.
