Got such a good response from my post about needing introductions to hard money lenders that I figured I’d try again.
This time, am looking for a part-time intern to help with data analysis and acquisitions. The work could be done from home or from my office downtown. I can’t promise that all of the work will be thrilling, but I can promise that a curious person would learn A LOT about what it takes to make apartment deals.
Ideal candidate would be in college or recent graduate with an interest in real estate, in general, and apartment buildings, in particular. I care far more about intelligence and work ethic than I do about real estate course-work, though, of course, course-work would be a plus.
