I know I write a post like this every six months or so, but…
Can’t imagine being happier about my work situation than I am at Adaptive right now.
Certainly, there are problems, like there are in every business.
But I get to sit at my desk doing EXACTLY what I like to do… which is find deals and buy them.
Then, my amazing partner and the people we’ve painstakingly recruited and trained execute like crazy.
And when they’re done, the investors make money, tenants get cool places to live, and we get paid.
Inevitably, there will be harder times to come.
But right now, things are pretty sweet… and I’m feeling a ton of gratitude.
