About Moses Kagan
Am a co-founder and partner at Adaptive Realty, where I am responsible for financing and acquisitions. Through Adaptive and predecessor entities, have overseen the acquisition and renovation of 89 buildings in Los Angeles, totaling 650 units. I also built and oversee Adaptive’s property management platform.
Prior to beginning my career in real estate, I worked as a tech and media investment banker in London. I earned an AB magna cum laude from Princeton and an MA (barely!) from the London School of Economics and Social Science. Have been licensed as a real estate broker in California since 2011.
